The Shinobi series of low-budget films was scheduled for a collected box-set release by ADV Films in 2006. These were very low-priority releases, so with carte blanche I decided to create a couple low-fidelity digital smudge paintings from supplied photography paired with an agressively minimal graphic layout.

The set well outperformed sales expectations.
